The Chase Freedom Unlimited is in my opinion one of the best no-annual fee credit cards available, and is a part of the Chase Trifecta. The card earns 5 Chase Ultimate Rewards (UR) points per dollar spent through the Chase Travel Portal, has 3x categories on food and drug stores, and earns 1.5 UR points on all other purchases. Additionally, the card comes with some benefits and discounts when spending at certain companies, such as Lyft and DoorDash.

The card also provides trip cancellation and interruption insurance up to $1,500 per person and up to $6,000 per trip for tickets if your trip is cancelled or shortened by sickness, weather, or several other situations. Again, check with Chase to make sure your situation is covered first.
